Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
• Refurbished and new UPS systems must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Replacement batteries (RBC) must be unopened and in original sealed packaging.
• Custom-configured or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Bulk wholesale lots and pallet purchases are final sale.
• Items listed as "As-Is" or "No Warranty" are final sale.
• Auction items are final sale once the auction closes.
• Opened or installed batteries cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
• Products with physical damage caused after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. 1Contact our support team at support@upsandbattery.com or call 1-888-123-4444.
2. 2Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. 3Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 1-2 business days.
4. 4Ship the item back using the provided return shipping label or arrange your own shipping.
5. 5Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• For items over $5,000, refunds may be issued via wire transfer and may take up to 10 business days.

5. Defective Products & Warranty Claims

• If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.
• Products under warranty that develop issues will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require diagnostic information.

6. Damaged During Shipping

• Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately.
• Report shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will file a freight claim and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for the same or equivalent product within 30 days.
• If the replacement item is a higher value, the difference will be charged.
• If the replacement item is a lower value, a partial refund will be issued.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
