By accessing and using the UPS and Battery website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, sellers, and users of the Site, including wholesale buyers, individual consumers, and service subscribers.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this Site are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Product condition ratings (New, Refurbished, Used, As-Is) are clearly defined on each listing. "Refurbished" items have been tested, repaired, and certified. "As-Is" items are sold without warranty and may not be functional.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

To place orders or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Wholesale accounts may require additional business verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Payment is required at the time of order unless approved for net-30 or net-60 terms (available to qualified wholesale buyers). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and approved financing.

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and applicable state/provincial tax laws.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. UPS and Battery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Freight shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery and any damage noted on the Bill of Lading.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

New products carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Refurbished products carry a minimum 1-year UPS and Battery warranty. Used and As-Is products are sold without warranty.

Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

Extended warranty options are available at the time of purchase for eligible products.

Bulk lot and auction purchases are final sale and not eligible for return unless the lot description was materially misrepresented.

Wholesale buyers must register for a wholesale account and may be required to provide business documentation.

Wholesale pricing and payment terms are available to approved accounts and may differ from standard retail pricing.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of UPS and Battery or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.

UPS and Battery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or service shall not exceed the purchase price of that product or service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
