Allows Hot Air Trapped Inside a Rack Enclosure to Vent Out During Power EmergenciesThis SmartRack® emergency fallback ventilation system works in conjunction with the SRCOOL3KTP Top-of-Rack Precision Cooling Air Conditioner (sold separately) to help prevent rack equipment from overheating in case of a cooling system failure. If the SRCOOL3KTP malfunctions due to power failure, the SRCOOLTMVENT's embedded thermal sensor triggers a lid release, allowing the hot air within the rack to dissipate. An SNMP alert via the SRCOOL3KTP's remote management will notify you that the vent has opened.
